Use the Correct Order of Draw

When multiple specimens for laboratory tests are collected by a single venipuncture, blood culture containers should be the first containers that are filled. This will diminish the potential for bacterial or fungal contamination of the blood culture. The blood collection containers that are shown in the image are displayed in the correct order of draw.
