Normal Hemoglobin Electrophoresis Densitometer Tracing

A densitometer is used to assess the bands of hemoglobin on an electrophoresis gel (usually an alkaline electrophoresis). The relative amount of each representative hemoglobin is calculated as a percent of the total hemoglobin. This densitometer tracing corresponds to the pattern for normal distribution of hemoglobin.
