Staining: Monoclonal Antibody Binding

To illustrate the reacts which occur inside of the tube containing patient cells and MoAb reagents, please view the video shown. Target cells are bound with MoAbs tagged with fluorochromes against the CD markers of interest. These fluorochromes will provide a means for identification and quantitation by the flow cytometry instrumentation during the analysis phase.
