Scatter and CD45

Image 1 represents the cell scatter. The gated population is what determines the fluorescent data represented in the second image.

Image 2 contains the fluorescence data from CD45. Note that virtually all cells in the gated population have CD45 surface antigens, and are all leukocytes (white blood cells).
