Example of Clinically Significant Immune Antibody

The panel below shows reactions in the AHG phase only (clinically significant). Pattern reactivity of sample matches the pattern displayed by C on the panel. Anti-C is a clinically significant antibody that can cause both hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN) and hemolytic transfusion reaction (HTR).
