Completing the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF)

Over the next couple of pages, it would be helpful (though not necessary) for you to have a copy of the Federal Drug Testing CCF and Non-Regulated CCF for review. A PDF copy of the Federal Drug Testing CCF (current to February 2016) is supplied on this page, which you can print for use in this section of the course. The form is also available at: https://www.transportation.gov/odapc/documents. Accessed February 8, 2016.

As a collector, you will want to make sure that all documentation is accurate and complete. This means that all required information is recorded on the appropriate custody and control form.

First, check the control numbers at the top of the CCF and on the security strips at the bottom of the form. These must be the same. You will see more about this later.
