Many lymphocytes are present in this field. Two larger, reactive lymphocytes with intact cytoplasm and slightly indented nuclei are indicated by the blue arrows.
Two other large cells with irregular, trailing cytoplasm are monocytes/macrophages. These are indicated by the red arrows.
