Refunds are available only to United States residents. Your subscription to the Exam Simulator must be current or have expired within three months of applying for a refund. You must have attempted a board of certification exam from ASCP or AMT. You must have reached the maximum number of examination attempts (five attempts for ASCP; four attempts for AMT) before claiming a refund. Refund requests cannot be honored until you have failed the final allowed exam attempt. You must e-mail or fax official documentation of failure to MediaLab / LabCE. A post-exam score report that shows the failing score and the total number of attempts is acceptable. The amount of the refund is limited to the price paid for the Exam Simulator subscription. Maximum refund is $55. You must have subscribed to the Exam Simulator prior to taking your final exam attempt. This refund policy applies as of April 1, 2012. You must have purchased the Exam Simulator after April 1, 2012 to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are available to individual users only, not for group / institutional purchases. Only one refund can be claimed per subscription.
